- Creates 20 employee records in HRM 'employees' table linked to designations
- Distributes: 7 Senior Auditors, 6 Tax Consultants, 7 Systems Analysts
- Enriched skill requirements to 6 skills per designation (18 total)
- Gap analysis page now shows realistic gaps, partial matches, and compliance
